Vinay Kumar is an Indian politician and three-term MLA from
Sri Renukaji (SC) constituency in Sirmaur district, Himachal Pradesh. He was born in 1978 to late MLA Dr. Prem Singh, he is a strong leader from the
Koli community. He served as
Chief Parliamentary Secretary (2012-2017),
Deputy Speaker of the Himachal Vidhan Sabha (2023-2025), and was appointed Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee president on November 22, 2025.
