Jesaji Koli, Koli ruler of Junagadh
The Jesaji Koli also known as (Jesaji Mer Koli, Jesa Koli, Jesing Koli, Jesing Mer Koli) was Koli ruler of Junagadh, Bilkha Chovisi and Girnar. Jesaji Mer Koli was the son of Koli king Sonang Mer who came from Sindh to Dhandhuka in Gujarat and his brother Dhan Mer Koli, founded the cities of Dhandhuka and Dhandalpur.

In 1330, Jesaji Mer Koli defeated the Junagadh king Ra Khengar and conquered Junagadh and established Koli rule over Junagadh. It is believed that Muhammad bin Tughlaq, Sultan of the Delhi Sultanate, also helped Koli king Jesaji Mer Koli in defeating Ra Khengar. Koli king Jesaji Koli Mer ruled well till his death and after him his sons ruled Junagadh, Bilkha Chaubisi and Girnar but in 1472 Sultan Mahmud Begada of Gujarat Sultanate defeated the Koli king and annexed Junagadh in Gujarat Sultanate.
