The Gaikriya Koli, or Garikariya Koli is a subcaste of the Koli caste found in the Indian state of Uttrakhand.
Origin
The Gaikriya Kolis worship the cow (Gai) like other upper castes so they called as Gaikriya Kolis and enjoy the upper status among society.
